As Temporary Customer Sales Administrator you will be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers, processing orders and ensuring they receive a smooth and professional service. Client Details Our client is a leading and well established telecomms business, specifically in the B2B world. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Sales Administrator to join their Salford Quays team on a 3 month temporary basis. This opportunity has the chance to become permanent at the end of the 3 month period. Description As a Temporary Customer Sales Administrator you will be: Ethernet & Broadband Order placement. Voice and Hosting and Cloud Services Order placement. Validation and Approval of customer order form and requirements for the delivery of the required service(s). Management of placing product portfolio services, in-life service changes (modify/upgrades/regrades) and ceases. Liaising with suppliers; Keeping customers updated in a timely manner, with correct expectation setting via telephone and emails. Building relationships with longstanding and new customers Customer Care support to the wider business in relation to Service Delivery issues.
