Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Handle incoming calls as well as emails from customers
- Providing updates to the customer
- Handling any customer complaints
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- 1 year experience within Customer Service, particularly in a telephony role
- Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Able to work on your own initiative, within a team environment
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships
