Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this successful and highly personable Professional Services Organisation based in central Bath, to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager for 8-12 months to cover for maternity leave.
The purpose of the role is to lead and deliver an efficient and effective HR operational service to the business aligned to the HR Strategy, managing the HR operations team which in turn provides a quality advisory service across the business of c. 600 Employees.
The role is to start in September 2024 and ideally we are looking for somebody who can work full-time with 3 days in the office in central Bath per week.
In this role, you'll work some weekends, bank holiday and evenings.
You will be working with the local community and key partners to improve the meadows for both people and nature.
