Facilities Team Member – handyperson, maintenance, decorating etc – required in central Bath, BA2
- £12.55 per hour PAYE, £15.47 per hour UMB
- Monday – Friday, 10am - 6pm with 30 mins break
- Opportunity for overtime on the weekend
- Various Bristol city centre locations
- Ongoing until late September 2024
About the job
- Undertaking general maintenance work within properties
- Working with suited locking systems both mechanical and electronic
- Window and door repairs
- Basic plastering, repairing holes in walls etc
- Basic domestic plumbing
- Basic joinery
- Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
- Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly
The right candidate
- Previous experience working within general maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical skills
- Excellent communication skills, as there will be residents on site at the locations where you are working
