The preferred candidate will be responsible for driving forwards the profitability, income and value of the portfolio including identifying and securing significant further change of use, letting and development opportunities.
This exciting, new opportunity is to head the varied and growing commercial portfolio of the Tatton Estate, delivering its day-to day property and strategic asset management.
The role will also include a focus on improving the environmental and community benefits of the portfolio and living the Estate's values.
Once fully trained and signed off, the Outbound Sales Advisor will have the flexibility to work from the office for at least 2 days per week, with the option to work from home for the remaining days, providing their performance remains satisfactory.
Alternatively, if the Sales Executive prefer to work predominantly from the Knutsford office, that arrangement is also completely acceptable.
