The Role
Reporting to the Company Directors, as the National Accounts Administrator you will be a highly organised and proactive individual requiring minimal supervision.
Band 3 Administration Supportrequired for an immediate start to join a busy NHS department, supporting the team by taking on administrative and secretarial tasks to manage the Endoscopy appointment list.
This role will suit an administrator who is able to work productively in a busy environment.
Organise and manage the site maintenance function, to ensure high plant availability and performance within approved budgets, liaising with operations staff to ensure a high level of service.
Duties/Responsibilities
Annual strategic organisation and management of the maintenance function including in house maintenance team, plus contract staff, to achieve an efficient maintenance function, while adhering to all relevant legislation and site procedures.
