Responsibilities
Hands-on full purchase ledger maintenance; raising PO's, chasing approvals, posting invoices in various currencies of various types of invoices such as vendor invoices, general overhead, subcontractor, employee travel reimbursements in a timely manner.
Responsible for the management of the Capital funds and Fixed Asset register, to include timely capitalisation of completed capital projects.
General
The role will suit somebody with good excel skills who is used to dealing with data and being able to build, analyse and monitor reports, forecasts and budgets.
