Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of a 4-bed home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with EBD.

Our client is based is a brand-new Children's home in the Gorton area of Greater Manchester and they are seeking a Residential Manager who has previous experience working in a residential setting and shares our commitment to creating a positive and safe living environment.
The Residential Manager will be responsible for the supervision of all staff on the site, including activities such as employee scheduling, training, personal development and more.
