I am seeking a Deputy Manager for a small Residential Elderly Home in Stockport

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:

  • Overall running of the care home along with the Manager
  • Managing budgets
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • Experience leading within a Care Home setting either as a Deputy
  • Experience working with the Elderly
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
