We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead and supervise the operations of a new service, taking full ownership of all aspects of this specialist neurodegeneration nursing care provision.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders as the clinical operation's leader, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and responsiveness as well as optimizing occupancy, conducting thorough assessments, and maintaining high-quality, person-centered care.
The General Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be working closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the delivery of the company's wider strategic agenda.
