Key Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for the new nursing division.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Supervise, manage, and mentor nursing staff.
- Ensure that patient care meets the highest standards.
- Liaise closely with other healthcare professionals and the administrative team.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a registered nurse.
- Previous experience as a Deputy, Manager, or Clinical Lead is required.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of nursing procedures and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
