We are looking for an experienced and passionate Specialist (Interim) SEND.
In this role you will be efficient in dealing with SEN (Special Education Needs) issues that affect parents, children, young people and educational settings.
About the Customer Service and Digital Mailroom Assistant role-
The successful candidate will start their placement with Customer Services in the corporate Digital Mailroom, which is one of the functions they manage.
Training will take a minimum of a few months, and beyond that ongoing coaching with experienced members of staff.
This is a telephone role where the successful candidates will be taking calls about Council Tax, Parking, Concessionary Travel (Bus Passes), Blue Badges, Homeless and General Enquiries.
Temporary with view to go permanent after 12 weeks
