Customer Service Officer
Temp to Perm opportunity
Pay rate £12.18 per hour
37 hour week, Monday to Friday
Hours 8.30am to 5pm
To start 27th August
Based in Kinson
Initially office based after intensive training 4-6 weeks will move to a mixture of home and office based work.
About the Customer Service Officer role-
We are seeking a strong call handler, or Receptionist for this position.
It is working in a very busy tenancy and advice & repairs team.
Dealing with customer contact over the phone, via email, and face to face
Residents will be calling in regarding repairs , and you will diagnose their repairs and book appointments for maintenance
Logging information accurately on the system
Working well under pressure
Must be a proactive team player who can deliver the best customer service
Skills required:-
Proven customer service experience required within a call centre or on a busy reception desk
Great communication skills
Great listening skills
Resilient personality
Able to pick up new ICT systems quickly
Data entry accuracy required
