You will be the members 'go to' for any enquiry and constantly ensuring a positive customer experience so that members are getting the best out of their subscription.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, approachable, bright and a confident communicator at all levels, written and verbal.
As part of the Member Services team, you will be the first point of contact for members, dealing with their orders and enquiries via the telephone, Live Chat or Ignite email system, providing a positive customer service experience.
They have been established for over 150 years, and are passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
