This role is essential for supporting the Branded Medical Supply Chain and Surgical Supply Chain teams by managing replenishment duties across a designated range of manufacturers.
Responsibilities include handling bespoke customer ordering processes, managing product transfers, and performing other daily tasks as the business evolves.

The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of service while meeting the business's key performance indicators (KPIs).
From analysing and assessing future marketing campaign profitability to designing adverts, evaluating inventory risk, and streamlining processes, you'll take responsibility for every step of the process.
You will develop and progress into part of our leadership team, working together with other managers and Directors to improve performance across the wider business.
Your role will focus on growing sales and profits for your product category, by determining the best product mix, developing and executing our customer acquisition strategy, working with our internal studio to improve our marketing materials, and improving customer retention.
