Creative Content Marketing Executive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Hybrid Position Based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, with over 20 years in the technology sector, our client prides itself on being one of the largest in its field and due to continued growth, are looking for a Creative Content Marketing Executive to join their team. Team Purpose Marketing is responsible for new partner recruitment, existing partner engagement and thru-Partner marketing programs and tools, alongside stewardship of the company's brand and associated assets. The Vendor Management team is responsible for building, growing and supporting the Product portfolio including the complete product lifecycle and the operational relationship with vendors Your Creative Content Marketing Executive Role: The Creative Content Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution and delivery of our creative content including graphic design, videography, photography and other multimedia content, to drive lead generation ensuring it aligns with agreed marketing strategies and meets the objectives of the business. As a key member of the Marketing & Vendor Management team, deliver commercial success and world class partner experiences against the agreed company objectives and aligned with the company's key strategies. Primary Accountabilities Use of multi-channel marketing tactics to design and deliver effective creative content to and through Partners to increase reseller engagement, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Working with the Marketing & Vendor Management team, design creative content marketing strategies and initiatives, setting short and long-term goals in-line with the marketing and wider business plans. Produce relevant, engaging and high-quality creative content for multi-channel use including infographics, eBooks, social media graphics, case studies, service sheets, videos and more. Work closely with the Content and Digital Marketing Executive to design social media content and paid media campaigns using display ads, paid search and pay-per-click. Undertake social listening to understand the key themes and conversations within the industry and across our competitors, using learnings to drive creative content. Develop creative methods to deliver a consistent flow of engaging partner and vendor case studies for cross-channel use. Responsibility for continually maintaining and improving multi-media creative content repository. Understand analysis of web traffic metrics to drive creative content decisions. Perform research on current creative content trends and audience preferences. Collate and analyse customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement. Support the delivery of marketing programs and tools that facilitate the recruitment of new resellers. Photograph company events and internal stock imagery for use in marketing assets. Reseller engagement through promoting the company Pillars and the Partner Portal to drive reseller frequency and yield performance. Observe and protect the company's brand and associated assets. Provide regular reports to the Senior GROW Program Executive and Marketing and Vendor Management Director on efficacy and ROI of marketing activities. This is a full-time position based from our client's Head Office in Fareham. Travel to industry/company events and other company offices is likely, including occasional international travel. Our ideal Creative Content Marketing Executive: Previous experience of creative content generation - preferably in a related industry. Strong understanding and experience within the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, graphics and video). Strong attention to detail within all aspects of design. Ability to understand and predict audience preferences across different channels. Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives under tight deadlines. A passion for all aspects of creative content and marketing. Leads by example and takes ownership of their work - dealing with issues through to resolution. Work with key marketing leads to optimise content, considering SEO and Google Analytics, analysing web traffic metrics to drive content decisions. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, including collation and analysis of customer feedback, generating ideas to increase customer engagement. Support the delivery of marketing programs and tools that facilitate the recruitment of new resellers. Reseller engagement through promoting the company Pillars and the Partner Portal to drive reseller frequency and yield performance. Responsibility for the management of end-to-end process of submissions to industry-related award entries, including copywriting, research and key stakeholder contributions, ensuring deadlines are met. Observe and protect the company's brand and associated assets. Provide regular reports to Partner Marketing Manager on efficacy and ROI of marketing activities.
