Key Responsibilities of the Market Research Executive
To perform numerical analyses on our own and third-party data, including retail barcode-level transactions shared with the association by its members, CRM data, government statistics, consumer attitudinal/behavioural measures and customer satisfaction metrics to turn figures into actionable recommendations with the support of colleagues.
We currently seek candidates to join a short-term market research project where they will be liaising with existing customers to understand their thought on possible changes and reforms being introduced by the government - you are not selling anything, you are asking set questions and recording the thoughts of the customer.
Through market research activities (not sales), our Client helps organisations understand their members and customers better.
Based in offices in the centre of Brighton candidates will need to work Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and will be paid £12 per hour.
