Up to £38,000 + OTE

Are you driven by research, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations?

We are looking to hire and Executive Search Researcher to join our boutique firm that recruits into professional services. You will be recruiting exclusively to the most senior end of the market and exclusively working with to hire Partners into Accountancy Practices, where salaries of your candidates will range from £150,000 - £500,000.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Market Mapping & Longlisting: Use CRM to populate shortlists and longlists, and support LinkedIn Recruiter Projects.
  • Advert Writing & CV Formatting: Craft engaging job advertisements and format CVs, creating compelling candidate synopses.
  • Mailer Lists & Admin: Maintain accurate and targeted mailer lists and manage candidate communications.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule Teams calls and coffees for candidates, coordinate diaries, and send out meeting confirmations.
  • Research & Blogging: Write insightful blogs on market trends and partner search, creating and providing newsletter content.
  • Tracking & Keeping In Touch: Maintain contact with placed candidates and updating systems with the right codes and candidate statuses.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify top candidates and trends in the market.
  • The confidence and communication skills to engage with senior-level candidates.
  • A consultative mindset, thriving in a supporting role where you are working in a solely 180-role without
  • The ability to work flexibly and remote. We would also consider someone doing this part time.
