We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our client based in Milton Keynes
Hours of work 6am-6pm 3 shifts per week (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday x 4 weeks and then onto Wednesday, Thursday and Friday x 4 weeks with a shift change over in between.)
This role is responsible for managing the shifts manufacturing process and production meeting all cost, quality, delivery and safety targets set by the Company, efficiently and consistently.
The Manufacturing Shift Manager drives performance, productivity improvements and develops both machine and staff utilisation lowering the company's cost per unit (CPU).

You'll provide technical and engineering expertise across our procurement and quality teams, working together you'll support and work to resolve any back orders or issues within the system.
In this role you'll be responsible for the company's heritage tooling.
As our next Parts Operation Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring our suppliers have all the necessary drawings, CAD data and materials specifications to remanufacture the non-production components ranging from DB5 to current models.
