We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our clients' team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, managing dilapidations and providing expert advice on a number of different matters.
Our client offers services including design and specification, project management, section 20 major works, planned maintenance reports, defect inspection reports, party wall services, schedules of dilapidations, licenses to alter, measured surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, and more.
