We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our clients' team. Our client offers services including design and specification, project management, section 20 major works, planned maintenance reports, defect inspection reports, party wall services, schedules of dilapidations, licenses to alter, measured surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, and more.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, managing dilapidations and providing expert advice on a number of different matters. The Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing risk, and facilitating the smooth progression of projects.
Desired experienced:
- 2 years PQE MRICS
- Building Surveying and Contract Management experience
- Expertise in conducting Feasibility Studies
- Experience with Dilapidations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying or related fields
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
- Experience using surveying equipment and software
- Effective project management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
