A £7m turnover, independent manufacturer is looking to embark on its next stages of transition and growth by appointing an exceptionally high calibre Managing Director on a 12-18-month contract.
The role will involve co-ordinating key plans and activities across all functional areas and ultimately provide the succession to enable the owners to step away from the business.
You will have a well-rounded commercial background and will be tasked with setting a clear strategy for the next stages of the business, taking ownership of key initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.
This is a national role, responsible for the communication, speech writing and stakeholder engagement activities of the Director-General and Chair.
