The Office Manager handles all aspects of day-to-day office and facilities management as well as full responsibility for many events throughout the year, and works with the Receptionists to ensure that the office runs efficiently and to a high standard.
An extremely successful global investment management firm is looking for a full-time Office Manager to join their team in their office in the West End, to cover while their current OM goes on maternity leave.
General duties include maintaining look of the office and maintaining the kitchen, ordering office snacks, manage all new hires, act as HR point person for the UK, manage all event planning on and offsite, coordinate all financial/contract approvals, coordinate travel with our agency for all UK/Europe based employees and back up Receptionists when they are out of the office.
