Office Manager

An extremely successful global investment management firm is looking for a full-time Office Manager to join their team in their office in the West End, to cover while their current OM goes on maternity leave.

The Office Manager handles all aspects of day-to-day office and facilities management as well as full responsibility for many events throughout the year, and works with the Receptionists to ensure that the office runs efficiently and to a high standard.

General duties include maintaining look of the office and maintaining the kitchen, ordering office snacks, manage all new hires, act as HR point person for the UK, manage all event planning on and offsite, coordinate all financial/contract approvals, coordinate travel with our agency for all UK/Europe based employees and back up Receptionists when they are out of the office.

The is a fully office based position and you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Teams. Experience as an Office Manager is a must. Experience with an office move and/or event planning is desirable.

The contract will start from early/mid September 2024 and go through to Dec 2025.
