The successful applicant will lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high quality, effective supported housing services and/or housing management services to a range of service user groups (including young people, homeless people and prison leavers) that meet their needs and meet contractual requirements.

Effectively lead and deliver services which comply with the regulatory framework.
The role will include supporting the Team Manager to manage a diversely skilled social work team, supporting and promoting good quality practice and performance.
An experienced Deputy Team Manager is required in Fostering Families and Friends Assessment Service, and the successful candidate must have proven track record in Fostering, and previously worked as a Deputy Team Manager.
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Deputy Team Manager to join the Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children Service.
The postholder will support a high-performance culture within the team, with consistent good practice across the team.
They will actively support the team manager in decision making, chairing meetings and actively working in partnership with partners/multi-agencies, particularly Housing, Health and Education, to be able to advocate for young people to secure the access to the services that they need.
We require an experienced Deputy Team Manager within our UASC (Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children) Service to effectively support the Team Manager and Social Work team.
The candidate must have a proven track record as a Deputy Team Manager in Safeguarding/Permanence, and be confident in the application of all legal proceedings and legal frameworks, with a robust understanding of young people's whole journey through the care system.

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to drive the development of the Adult Access team a newly created front door service for adult social care.
The postholder will be responsible for embedding a strength-based approach and Care Act duties to prevent, reduce, and delay need, and promote wellbeing of people.
Adult Access works with services across the whole of Adult Social Care and Health to provide first contact prevention, information, and advice through strength-based approach to enable people to regain and maintain dependence.
We require an experienced Deputy Team Manager within our UASC (Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children) Service to effectively support the Team Manager and social work team.
