An excellent, one off opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join a thriving independent Estate Agency within their office in Henleaze.
Responsible for managing the catering inbox, arranging and attending consultations, creating quotes and overseeing the management of the events on the day.
The post holder will oversee the management of private catering events to ensure the delivery of high quality service and products at each event.
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

To make appointments to visit residents homes directly and manage own diary to carry out stock condition survey including seeking support to access difficult to access homes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
To carry out EPC assessments including lodging the EPC.
To carry out stock condition surveys to establish building condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components, detailing compliance with Decent Homes and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and identifying any failures.
Oversee data analysis including reconciliations, inspections, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making in streamlining functionality.
Oversee the monitoring, analysis and reporting of compliance performance (including all statutory reporting requirements) for the Asset Directorate, Executive team and Board as required.
Ensure we act in accordance with our policies and procedures in all aspects of compliance including issuing orders, data entry and monitoring, chasing certificates and remedial work.
