The role is a key role to ensure the delivery of operational routines and administrative provision with guidance and support to enable an effective and efficient Allocations and Sales delivery to students, staff and customers.
You will work as a part of multi skilled team to support and deliver excellent student allocations service, support the University with proactive debt management by signposting and agree financial arrangements to support students in hardship.
The postholder needs to be experienced in mechanical and electrical works, delivering both service schedules and reactive works across a broad spectrum to include lifts, door entry systems, alarm call systems, fire safety equipment, water testing, gas energy systems and appliances, communal heating & hot water systems and alternative green renewable energy solutions such as ground and air source heat pumps, solar panels.
The role will primarily be responsible for the proper and efficient maintenance of the installations, plant and equipment across the housing stock.
This is a key role in terms of delivering services in compliance with health and safety requirements and is wide ranging and complex-covering planned maintenance, inspection and installation of equipment and services.

Review and agree the project delivery plan to support delivery of all aspects required to realise the defined business outcome, including all client (i.e., Heathrow) activities such as business change.
Ensure IT capability required to enable Heathrow to achieve business priorities, is successfully delivered by our supply chain partners.
