We are looking for an experienced General Manager from the Hospitality/ Hotel, Leisure or Visitor Attraction sectors (NOT Food & Beverage) to join this established immersive family attraction business and deliver a seamless guest experience, managing a team, health and safety, budgets and stakeholders in order to maximise profits and enhance engagement.
The General Manager will report to the Operations Director and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site and team, ensuring staff are trained and providing a first-class service to guests and continually developing the brand and customer offering.
You will set the strategic business plans and work with the Directors to define performance measures and guest enhancement and contribute to the commercial development of the brand.
