Managing around 1800 planned requests a month, you will utilise around 100 contractors a month as well as an internal team of 2 electricians and a mechanical fitter to stay on top of planned maintenance and statutory compliance.
Your role will be to manage the planned maintenance requests only in a large acute hospital in Portsmouth.
