Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Manager to motivate, lead and support a team of 12 administrators.
This role would suit someone who has been used to working for a small company and seeing them grow as there are plans for the team to grow to 20 within 12 months!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily team meetings, including 121s with each member of the team
- Accountable for the team meeting client obligations and SLAs
- Manage client expectations, act as an escalation point and attend client meetings
- Manage resource requirements for the team, assist with recruitment and facilitating growth of the team
- General line management responsibilities and accountable for monthly reporting and invoicing
- Oversee onboarding of new clients and delivery of other projects
Essential skills
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating teams
- A strong team player and problem solver
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
- Strong Administration background is a must!
Salary: up to £55,000 (depending on expereince) plus excellent staff benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 - can be offered as hybrid with attending the office at least 3 days a week.
