This Service Delivery Manager position will place you at the heart of a successful IT Service Provider, where you'll have a direct hand in leading service delivery, client satisfaction, and shaping the future of their tech team.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of service specialists, ensuring smooth service delivery across client onboarding, projects, and day-to-day operations.
  • Be the point person for client relationships, driving customer satisfaction through thoughtful leadership and proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with the wider senior management team and company directors to elevate the overall customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee projects, handle escalations, and mentor your team to ensure every challenge becomes an opportunity.

About you:

  • You've got proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager role, preferably in an MSP or IT services environment.
  • You're comfortable leading from the front, managing everything from service improvements to client success.
  • You know your way around ITIL frameworks and project management processes.
  • You have the people skills to build strong client relationships and manage a high-performing team.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with ISO/IEC standards and project management certifications like PRINCE2 or PMP.
