My clients are now recruiting a Contract Manager to join the Facilities Management team on a PFI venture, to be responsible for the delivery of the contract, working with the Senior Contracts Manager to effectively manage relationships with the client and other key stakeholders in line with performance and contractual measures.You will ensure the full delivery of all contractual services to enable the client to conduct its business through an integrated FM solution.You will be responsible for managing a team of mobile/static workforce with an element of administration, and subcontractor management.
