A highly regarded independent Estate Agency with an established Property Management department area are now seeking an experienced GENERAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join the team and assist with the running of a substantial managed portfolio of new build properties.
Permanent - Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30 - 6pm (occasional Saturday)
This role involves managing all aspects of the portfolio of developments: you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of each property, which includes but not limited to liaising with contractors and suppliers, dealing with accounts, utilities, arranging and carryout out site visits, file management and administrative duties.
