GENERAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Salary: £27k - £30k
Permanent - Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30 - 6pm (occasional Saturday)
A highly regarded independent Estate Agency with an established Property Management department area are now seeking an experienced GENERAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join the team and assist with the running of a substantial managed portfolio of new build properties.
This role involves managing all aspects of the portfolio of developments: you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of each property, which includes but not limited to liaising with contractors and suppliers, dealing with accounts, utilities, arranging and carryout out site visits, file management and administrative duties. The role will also involve dealing with and or liaising with social media companies.
You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills; you will have a positive and mature outlook and take pride in your work.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a GENERAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER and have a full driving license and own car. There is potential for a company van to use after six months' probation, for the right candidate.
