As the School Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school kitchen, ensuring the provision of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary needs of the students.
Your expertise in cooking and your strong management skills will allow you to create a positive dining experience for the students while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Weekly Hours: 6.30am until 1.30pm Monday to Friday
Supporting the Chef Manager in the development of recipes and ideas.
Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes in accordance with the published menu plan as set by the Chef Manager.
