We're recruiting for a Hybrid Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager for a construction company based in Hemel Hempstead that have grown immensely over the past few years and still going through growth and moving into new areas.
They specialise in contracts for high security-controlled environments, hospitals, educational establishments and more.
This is a new role to the company alongside that growth and would be to focus on their projects and work in the South, anywhere below Milton Keynes in the country.
Our client is an established property maintenance organisation, based in Hertfordshire, and they are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to work for them on a long term temporary basis.
The work will predominantly involve surveying and inspecting houses regarding property repairs and adaptations.
The ideal person will have
- A recognised qualification in building or construction (HNC or BTEC or ONC).
The Engineering Surveyor plays a crucial role in safeguarding the quality of our products and services through, thorough and objective Site Surveying and reporting.
Due to our substantial and continued growth OCU are looking for a Engineering Surveyor to join our team based in Borehamwood.
By conducting Surveying activities, producing reports and working closely with the Engineering teams you will ensure compliance with established standards, regulations, and internal procedures, driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will be confident to work collaboratively with other departments and will be responsible for completing the Daily Management Report ensuring distribution to all relevant parties.
They will also maintain the cash book records, manage treasury deposit investments, and take a lead role in producing the monthly management accounts.
They will also be responsible for the reconciliation of all bank accounts held by xxx utilising online banking services, supplier invoices and payments on Sage, client account movement against cashbook records (ensuing all receipts and payments are correctly recording), the funds held on segregated bank accounts (ensuring compliance with the FCA client Money Rules) and broker hedges trading.
