THE ROLE: The selected Management Surveyor would be required to have prior experience carrying out the following responsibilities:
Due to continued growth, OUR CLIENT are an established and recognised real estate investor and owner have appointed Trident to assist with the recruitment of a Management Surveyor who will be responsible for a commercial portfolio of London-based retail and industrial properties.
You will be expected to hold the knowledge of standard terms found in commercial leases and be able to fully interpret lease terms from leasing documents.
