Are you an experienced professional in facilities management and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating efficient, safe, and compliant work environments? We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join a Banking international company in central London. The role is office-based 5 days a week and the working hours are 8:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break. The salary range on offer is £38-42K with a generous benefits package, including 27 days of annual leave (in addition to bank holidays), life insurance, healthcare plan, and a free massage chair every Wednesday in the office!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilities Management: Schedule and oversee facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs, handle supply chain coordination, and supervise third-party engineers.
- Workplace Coordination: Manage activities related to employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including desk and locker allocation. Oversee space utilisation, access control, and security systems. Support H&S activities and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Data Analytics: Collate and analyse workplace data, including office attendance, desk booking utilisation, and waste management. Create metrics and graphs using PowerBI and Excel. Review and manage off-site document archives.
About you:
If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team, while keen to get involved and being hands-on, this might be the role for you! You will need to be comfortable using Excel and work with data.
Profile:
- Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within a financial services environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical works, HVAC systems, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, scheduling, and report analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel (pivot table), with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, dealing with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors.
- Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
