Maintenance and Upkeep: To undertake and support the ongoing maintenance management routines of the development, aiming to ensure maintenance, upkeep and risk management tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
The Caretaker will directly undertake internal and external upkeep and maintenance routines,reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Development Manager.
They should utilise the equipment, materials and other resources made available to them, work in collaboration with team members and contractors to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, commensurate with the requirements of any management contract, lease/s, service level agreement or otherwise.

An organisation in Hounslow requires an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to provide a building support service at their main office facility to cover planned and preventative maintenance, under the direction of a manager, for a 3 month contract, which, for the right candidate, is likely to become permanent.
This is a full-time role (36 hours per week) working weekdays, although you may be asked to help in the evenings/weekends if necessary to cover absences and special events.
