My client is a Feltham based manufacturer and looking to recruit a full time cleaner on a temporary ongoing basis ASAP to clean the allocated areas within the site using safe working practices to make sure that the building is hygienically clean and enhancing its appearance.
Full Time
£11.50 - £12.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
Monday – Thursday 7.45am - 4.30pm
Fridays - 7.45am -12.45pm.

Well organised and methodical approach to work
Able to fulfil the physical requirements of the role –hoovering, mopping, dusting, high level cleaning
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Flexibility in response to the changing demands of the post
Able to manage some lifting and carrying
Willingness to take responsibility for standard of work.
Daily Tasks
- Mornings: Get the milk in and distribute
- Evenings: Collect empty bottles and prepare them for collection
- Sanitise the office building and Factory (twice per day)
- Check and monitor paper towel dispensers several times a day (Refilling and restocking)
- Check and monitor hand sanitizer dispensers, factory, and office building (Refill when required)
- Check and monitor soap dispensers, factory, and office building (Refill if required)
- Sweep the whole Factory
- Dispose cardboards and plastic foils in the compactor
- Empty compactor when required
- Empty the rubbish bins in the factory (about 40 bins)
- Empty swarf bins (Machine shop)
- Check cross-shredders, empty if required and dispose bags (factory and office building)
- Dispose full shredder bags (stationary room and production office)
- Check and monitor plaster dispensers (Refill when required)
Other Tasks
- Dispose pallets and wooden stillages /crates (1-2 times per week)
- Laundry, top up clean towels and collect dirty ones (3 times per week)
- Change matts in shop floor and reception (weekly)
- Prepare laundry and matts for collection, sort out delivery in return (weekly)
- Empty mesh boxes and swap full stillage when required
- Deep cleaning gritting room in Mesh department (fortnightly)
- Check and monitor metal, wood and rubbish skips and order collection when required
- Loading swarf stillages on to lorry when get collected (by forklift)
- Loading compacted cardboards and plastic foils when get collected (by forklift)
- Check and monitor stock and request supply when required
- Clean milk fridges (Tea stations and canteen)
