Being responsible for the delivery of reactive maintenance and small works through the in-house maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring works are carried out to the required standard and timescales.
Carry out plumbing maintenance and installation tasks across the campus including but not limited to: water services, heating equipment, water services and supplies, TMVs, basins toilets and kitchens.
Ensure adherence to L8 regulations when undertaking works and ensure accurate record keeping.

The Role
Assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of the Club building and areas under the Club's control including all machinery, lighting, electrical appliances, plumbing and drainage, heating, and air conditioning;.
Assisting in ensuring that pool plant equipment, the water, spa, and surrounds are always in a safe and clean condition.
