This company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join their team.
As an Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, maintaining, delivering and recording planned preventative maintenance activities across the site.
You will also plan, coordinate and schedule routine and non-routine maintenance activities, and coordinate machine shuts through the development and delivery of combined operations machine shut plans.
This Maintenance Service Coordinator is fully responsible for the planning and scheduling of electrical and services maintenance to leisure centres and small contracts around the South and South West of England, whilst technical knowledge will be a bonus, your ability to liaise with clients, organise and plan engineers and materials to make sure the works are completed is key.
As Maintenance Service Coordinator you will be part of an expanding multi-disciplined buildings and services design consultancy who provide an extremely high level of service to their clients, this being driven by the people who work within the company priding themselves on their approach and standards.
Duties
Plan and book Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.

You will join this growing team and hit the ground running with assisting the Maintenance Managers with the management of their portfolio in the North of England, all the way down to the South West of England on scheduling both reactive and PPM works which include electrical certs, gas inspections, as well as fire/general risk assessments and handyman fixes too.

The role holder as Group Maintenance Supervisor will have key responsibilities to ensure the Mobile Maintenance function is efficiently managed and provides the required engineering and maintenance support across all sites within the Concrete Division, ensuring group targets, KPIs and strategies are met whilst maintaining Company Health & Safety and Environmental requirements.
