This Maintenance Service Coordinator is fully responsible for the meticulous planning and scheduling of electrical and services maintenance to leisure centres and small contracts around the South and South West of England. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of either facilities management, or project management within an electrical business.
You will be liaising with the clients Head Office, as well as individual sites, organising and planning engineers and materials to make sure the works are completed, and all documentation is correctly completed.
As Maintenance Service Coordinator you will be part of an expanding multi-disciplined buildings and services design consultancy who provide an extremely high level of service to their clients, this being driven by the people who work within the company priding themselves on their approach and high standards.
Duties:
- Plan and book Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
- Co-ordinate responses to emergency call outs
- Schedule and organise works
- Liaise with clients & service engineers
- Organising engineers to complete any follow on quotations and remedial works
- Administration of all paperwork & certification
- Quality assurance
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management or service management, ideally with electrical knowledge
- Experience of coordinating and planning maintenance
- Strong organisational skills & high attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally a qualification in Project Management, Facilities Management or Business Administration
