We are currently looking for an experience Maintenance Scheduler to join a local charity organisation based in Bridgend. With this role there is a benefit of a company pension scheme and free parking on site. If you are an experienced Scheduler or Repairs Administrator this role may be for you.
Maintenance Scheduler
Hourly Rate: £14-16 via Umbrella
Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Bridgend
As a Maintenance Scheduler you will be working in the Repairs Department assisting with:
- Following up on completed jobs
- Liaising with various departments to maintain a collaborative work environment
- Sorting PO's, ordering parts and organising invoices where required
- General administration duties
- Liaising with inhouse and external operatives regarding maintenance issues
- Scheduling work, ensuring diaries are maintained with accurate information
- Maintaining and creating strong relationships with customers
- Main point of contact for customers and clients, handling queries and complaints
To be successful in this Maintenance Scheduler role you will need to:
- Be experienced within a customer facing environment
- Be an experienced Scheduler/ Repairs Administrator/ Repairs Coordinator
- Have great communication, customer service and organisational skills
- Previous scheduling experience
