We are looking to recruit an exceptional Manager who is looking to develop their compliance career within the social housing sector.You will be responsible for leading a team to provide a high-quality cyclical maintenance service, ensuring it provides value for money, meets legislative requirements and the needs of the organisation.
The main responsibilities of the role are
To manage contractors to ensure that appropriate performance levels are established, communicated, monitored and maintained, setting up and recording regular contract meetings as required.
To ensure that the cyclical maintenance contracts are retendered offering best practice and good value for money.
Undertake the maintenance, diagnostics and repair of OEM branded equipment (Volvo, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Bell) within a geographical area.
Conduct inspections, local preparation, brake testing etc.
