A growing business is looking for a Cyclical Maintenance & Compliance Manager to join the team in Barnstaple.
You will be working Monday-Friday and will receive a salary of £34,000 - £37,098 per annum.
As Cyclical Maintenance & Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the provision of high-quality cyclical maintenance service, ensuring it provides value for money, and meets legislative requirements.
- Developing and implementing systems that maintain accurate data to ensure the Asset Management Services are compliant with best practice, and legislation is in line with relevant regulations.
- Leading and maintaining the asbestos management plan and ensuring that the asbestos database is robust, and the information is accessible.
- Liaising and communicating verbally and in writing with stakeholders.
We're looking for a Cyclical Maintenance & Compliance Manager with the following:
- Experience specifying cyclical maintenance contracts, including developing formal specifications, contracts and technical information and managing health & safety.
- Experience managing asset management compliance requirements.
- An advanced level of IT software knowledge
- Knowledge of budget setting and financial and budgetary control.
- Experience delivering change projects to improve systems and processes.
