Job Role: Sales Support Administrator Location: Onsite, Milton Keynes Salary: £25,000pa to £27,000pa DOE About You Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and administrative support? In this role, you will be a crucial part of the organisation, ensuring efficient and courteous service to our customers and supporting external sales teams in the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. Adapt communication skills to engage effectively with various levels of key stakeholders and customers. Understand customer needs, maintain relationships, and prioritise customer satisfaction. Manage the sales order process through to billing using SAP Backlog reports. Raise purchase orders. Follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. Support onsite facilities and customer events. Liaise with and support other departments as necessary. Develop positive relationships with customers, distribution partners, and internal staff at all levels. Adhere to established processes and workflows, providing input on new processes as needed to meet customer and business needs. Ideally you will have: Experience and working knowledge of SAP but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail
