My client, based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Client Relationship Administrator to join their growing team!

In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in their continued success. You'll be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their needs and delivers tailored solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to sales growth by promoting their products and services, collaborating with partners, and ensuring efficient handling of referred customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify and engage with potential customers through various channels
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimise sales strategies and processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • A Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel (if required)
