The Land Director will be responsible for sourcing sites across Kent, Surrey & Sussex, acquiring both off-market and agency land with & without planning to be used directly or strategically.
Our client, a Regional Housebuilder, based in Sevenoaks, are seeking a Land Director to join them due to planned business growth.
They are currently looking at circa £20M GDV annually and complete mix tenure sites ranging from apartments to five-bedroom houses.

The role is to identify, appraise and buy strategic greenfield land, either outright or under option.
