Reporting to: Senior Development Manager

As a Development Manager focused on delivery, you'll take responsibility for managing projects Through planning approval to construction, sales, and customer handover. You'll work closely with the sales and customer care teams, ensuring that developments remain viable and achieve the financial targets set out in the business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from planning approval through construction, ensuring developments progress smoothly and stay on track.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer care teams to ensure smooth project handover and high client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that each development meets financial targets and remains commercially viable throughout the delivery phase.
  • Address site issues with contractors, ensuring they are resolved promptly to avoid delays.
  • Monitor costs, manage budget reviews, and report financial performance to ensure projects stay within targets.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that safety, quality, and project timelines are upheld.
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing the delivery of residential projects.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to ensure projects meet timelines and budget targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
